Business DescriptionBOOT CAMP

Harbourside Fitness Group has been an outdoor Personal Training company, corporate fitness provider and Fitness Australia business member since 2003 we have been nominated for Personal Training Business of the Year and we pride ourselves on offering affordable, functional and fun fitness.

All Harbourside Fitness outdoor group fitness sessions are run as Bootcamp style fitness sessions, meaning all participants make a commitment of min 2 sessions a week for 6 weeks; although our Bootcamp Trainers do not scream shout of blow whistles, our training is based on the Military Baseline Fitness testing system and we often use Military drills, equipment and training tactics to motivate the group.

All Harbourside Fitness & Bootcamp Sydney fitness sessions are tailored and moulded to a group dynamic, so you will not feel lost or left behind. Harbourside Fitness Bootcamp Sydney fitness classes cater for all ages and all fitness levels.

BOXING FOR FITNESS

Harbourside Fitness & Boot Camp Sydney's Head Trainer Matt Anderson is known as one of Sydney's most elite Boxing4Fitness trainers, voted the first ever PUNCH Australia Personal Trainer of the month.

You will be taught proven, safe and effective pad holding skills, punching technique, foot work drills and learn how to use a range of boxing equipment such as medicine balls, skipping ropes, boxing bags, round shields, speed & agility equipment as well as the newest and latest PUNCHFIT GX training system.

Harbourside Trainers are PUNCHFIT certified and use training outlines and course structures from our association with PUNCH EQUIPMENT AUSTRALIA

OUR FITNESS STUDIO

Harbourside Health & Fitness is a room air conditioned studio and is fully equipped with cardio equipment, strength stations, free weights, stretch area as well as small boxing gym.

The Harbourside Health & Fitness studio also has a small retail outlet stocking an extensive range of PUNCH Branded Boxing equipment, and we are proud to be a licensed PUNCHFIT premises and authorized agent for PUNCH Boxing products.

HARBOURSIDE NUTRITION

Harbourside Fitness is proud to now have an in house nutritionist available at both our North Sydney Studio, and soon at the New Naremburn studio as well as a mobile consultations.

Personal Trainer & Nutritionist Katherine has over 15 year experience working in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist.

Katherine and Harbourside Fitness are proud to offer the following services:
