What is Just Girls Fitness?


Just Girls Fitness is all about women and their health and fitness. We want to help women to become everything they want to be and more. We offer lots of different training options from One on One Personal Training to fun Outdoor Group Boxing and Body Blitz classes. All ages and fitness levels are welcome.

Just Girls Fitness is 100% committed helping you achieve your goals and to empowering you to be STRONG, HEALTHY and HAPPY.

What about our trainers?


Just Girls trainers are all female and have many years experience in training women. They are all fully qualified and insured and have a comprehensive understanding of all the issues facing women and their fitness and health.

Throughout your fitness journey, we promise to always listen to you, focus on your goals and to educate and encourage you to make positive decisions about your fitness and wellbeing.
